Seems like there should be more than one hole in the ceiling of the OIC's office in the commcenter. While I was there, Lt. Richard Semons was our "safety officer." He accidentally shot a 45 into the ceiling while playing around with it. We all came rushing into the office, thinking someone had been shot.
I remember all the crypto gear in the back of the commcenter. On one occasion when we thought we were under attack, I wired all the crypto units with incendiary grenades, per SOP. Turned out that one of our choppers had accidentally hit our ammo dump and the resulting ammo discharging made it sound like we were under attack. I do remember that two of us stayed in the commcenter and everyone else went to the bunker outside. One guy had to prepare all the classified stuff for destruction while the other guy notified all our circuits that we were under attack.
