jim- i was at the comm center downtown when he (westmoreland) came. he went into the operations office next to the comm center. you could get to close but i remember he was there for about 20 minutes. im going to see if i can get ray iturbe to join the discussion he still has kids so i dont know if he can do it alot. where are you living. im in fresno (clovis) cal.
