I'm not sure, but I was stationed ther in 1970, started at the RTT site behind the Motor Pool, and thru some help from SFC Lopez, I was assigned to the Mail Room. I was mail clerk for A Co and Stratcom Companies fro March 70 thru Oct 70, then I was stationed to Saigon. Not sure if I remember you.
