As I remember the bank building it had a river parallel to it? From the roof you could see up and down the Mekong Delta. Was stationed with the USAF Surgical team who lived on the top floor, we had a dining room and living guarters, doctors, male nurse ane-gas passers and about 5 enlisted men, i was a ER tech. Was there 1968-69. Met alot of good men Flynn, Hunt, Vorhees, Fernandez Carter Blanchard, Dunn, Price, we had a flag in the dining room--" F.O.W " ??????????
