In Jan 1968 I was sent from the 536th squadron at Vung tau to Can tho to support the C7 operations. I worked out of an office under the Air Control tower. The operations officer assigned there then was a Lt. Col. McKnight. I work with two are three mechanics from vung tau can not remember anyone name there was a electrician and one SSgt there at the time of my arrival we work splits shift from 6 to 12 and 12 to 6. I first stayed in the first Army hooch left of the tower, until TET started and the VC kept hitting the hooch. I move over to the 8th aerial port building at the end of the ramp. They had about two or three Air Force personnel assigned there. If you were there I'm sorry I don't remember your name. I had a lot of great picture from the TET attack at Can Tho, but they got destroy a few years ago.
