My name is Paul H. Sevy III I am writing this for my father who is 69 now. He has many memories, but many forgotten details. Drop a line to refresh his memory. He was an advisor in Soc Trang and trained SDC's there. SP-4 Sevy "small arms repairman" officially. He remembers a Mjr. Buthcher fondly, but not his full name and is wondering if he is still alive.
