Welcome Home. I was a air traffic controller in the tower at Can Tho from 10/69-09/71. Do you remember the Mid air between Dark Horse 32, a cobra, and 93R, an air america on March 17, 1971? Myself and another controller were on duty at the time of the accident. We were both, at first, blamed of the midair. Futher investigation and the tanacity of a WO Wm. Stanley, chief investagator, found the blame was not the controllers, but that of air america.
