Funny now, but I do remember that record skipping. The days seemed to stack up on each other then. I remember bits and pieces. The fifty cal rounds going through the Hanger. The round that totaled the observation plane in the revetments. The first night of TET on the flight line. Just bits and pieces now. Worked hard to put it away when I got back and went to school.
