I am doing Research for my Father in Law. He is trying to get compensation from the federal gov. for his PTSD which is attributed to when he was in the Brig. He states that while he was there, there were attacks right outside of his window.His name is Henry. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. One more thing that can and will help us out very much is, he also said of one attack that took the life of a Vietnamese interpreter for a SEAL team that was also stationed there. I thank you for any help that can be given.
