Thank you,Bill For your advice. The Soldier I am Researching for is Henry "Gene" Clay. He was Stationed at the Naval base sometime between January 1967 to May or June 1967. He was in the brig a few times. He also mentioned something about a dock number. It started with YF9. I don't remember the rest.He was an Engine mechanic for the boats stationed there. He made references to SEAL teams being there at Binh Thuy That he he Knew some the people. If any one can help I need some dates or time frames of the attacks, and possibly anyone that might remember him. The Federal Gov. DOD has said that Binh Thuy Naval Base did not exist. This is the main thing that I need proof of. Any help is greatly appreciated.
