Diane,
I have a little information on the Casualties in Vietnam. It does not give much in detail on the casualties, but does give a little.

What was your brother's name?
I do not have a listed casualty for 15 Jan 68 in Can Tho.  The 13th and 16th.

The listing for the Phong Dinh province, where Can Tho city was located.  The province is now called Can Tho too.
