In fact according to the VA medical lab if you are anywhere near any of that stuff chances are you've got it. It just works out differently for different people, some don't seem to get harmed much while others get the full load. For myself while I served three tours most of my time was spent off shore, you would think I should be in the clear. But I have already had the prostrate cancer and now my lungs are being destroyed. The gal in the pulominary lab informs me that this is typical with 20 to 30 plus years being the norm before something nasty starts to happen. Checking the spray maps and your time in the area is critical. If you are not sure then get your self checked out! Also get on the agent orange registry, asap. Regards Jim M
