No, sorry, the name doesn't ring a bell. Sounds like he was a civilian Tech Rep. I think we only had a visit from a Tech Rep to Can Tho Tropo once or twice in the 7 months I was there. Other Signal units, perhaps the STRAT COM site had Tech Reps on a regular basis. Lear Seigler, was that an electronics firm?
