Diane, Lear Siegler, Inc supplied the ATC personnel in-country. The military started to replace them in 67, I think. I know I was one of the replacements in Soc Trang on 10 Mar 68. I moved to Can Tho in May 68 with Bill Larimore and Jim Dawson. We were the first 3 Army controllers going in to replace the civilians. Try to contact LSI(Lear Siegler) maybe they can help?
