wondering if anyone knew sp5 terry alan sortor in can tho sometime between 67-68?dont know what unit he was in but he wrote about jeeps with searchlights on them and was supposed to have gotten a purple heart,after getting too close to a mine he was clearing from a road.sent a movie once and on his shoulder was a patch with a two tone colored parachute(looked like one anyway) he made it home okay,i guess,but died in 1982.jst trying to find anyone who knew him as i was real young then(he was my oldest brother) and he never said much about his life then.
