I was in the unit you are talking about but I wasn't there until '70 to '71. It was "H" battery 29th artillary. We called it happy battery. There is a picture of it on this web site. I can't tell you exactly which one right now, but I'll go back and count the pics and let you know which one. I didn't know him, but just thought I would let you know the unit.
