I was with Air Force Intelligence (Office of Special Investigations) and was located at Hotel #3 (the same compound that housed the USO). Army CID/Intelligence was on the 1st floor; OSI was on the 2nd Floor. I remember alot of Army guys who lived from time to time in the Hotel #3 compound. I seem to remember "ARVN Advisors" and I seem to remember a guy named "Cruz". I was stationed there from Dec 69 - Dec 70. I wonder if this was the Cruz you were inquiring about.
