It was really a bummer when ever we got incoming. Since the tower cab was the tallest bullding on the field, the VC would use the tower to site in their tube. Sitting in the tower you had no protection and had plate glass all around you . Has I recall the time I was in Can Tho 10/69 to 09/71 we got hit 7 or 8 times. It was the pits when we heard them walking them in. One time they hit the hooch next to where we contollers lived. It was not a fum time.
