As I recall (and we all know how shakey that is) "Steam and cream" was a generic term which applied to a number of fine establishments in Ben Xe Moi. Does anyone recall Tiger Thieu's? Partially owned and managed by some E-8's from the 5th Special Forces "D" team, I was told. One of them used to come in and give the girls penicillan injections every week. I have generally fond memories of this "recreation area". Vietnamese girls are the most beautiful in the world.
