I remember this thing. It carried a mini-gun salvaged from a Cobra, I think. They welded on two yellow plastic screwdrivers for handles. They were still riding around the perimeter with it until some visiting fireman (enlisted, possibly a CSM) saw it, siad "what does this do?" and spun the barrels, shooting himself several times in the gut. He died and so did the War Wagon. It was dimantled the next day.
