I see lots of posts here, but all too few from vets of the 69th Engineer Battalion. I had was with them at Can Tho from mid-January 1968 to early December that same year when I was transferred to another unit down in Vug Tau. I was in HQ Company, being one of the guys in the Battalion Commo Section and radio operator for the Field Reconnissance and Village Pacification Team. If anyone from the 69th was there at that time, even if you do not necessarily remember me, I would like to hear from you. There are lots of fuzzy old memories we can probably share. Are any of you out there?
