"Mr. Payette, I saw your photos on the Can Tho website from 1965. I would like to find some information and wonder if you can help. My brother was a civilian volunteer with International Voluntary Services. He was traveling from Vinh Long, where he lived, to Can Tho on Nov. 12, 1965, and was killed in an ambush. Five minutes before, he passed a military convoy. Members of the convoy discovered his body, and took and returned fire. I have this information from newspaper articles, as reported by the Associated Press. I would like to contact members of this convoy. Could you steer me in the direction?
