I can't find that unit listed on the 44th Medical Brigade's order-of-battle in Vietnam (see http://the45thsurg.freeservers.com/custom7.html ). Was the 346th Med. a company, battalion, hospital, or what? If it was a company, you might have to go up to the next higher organizational level in order to locate buddies since the Military.com website does not go below the battalion level.
