To anyone interested. April 21st through April 28 2002 The Vietnam Veterans of Brevard put on a reunion each year in Melbourne, FL. at Wickham Park. The moving wall is given a motorcycle escort on Sunday (4-21)and is set up by the lake and is available 24/7. The opening ceremonies at the wall are on Monday evening. The reunion begins on Friday @ 4PM (1600 Hrs for you lifers). Saturday there is a massing of colors with 50 groups bringing in the U.S. flag along with their colors. The last 2 years we have had an Aussie present his flag and he said he will bring more of his mates this year. Vendors are set up and there are bands and other performances going on until the city makes us stop. We average over 80,000 veterans each year. Over the last 2 years I have noticed many more 1st Sig.
