Well the time has come to move to tornado alley. We put our home up for sale one day and the next day we had an offer. We wound up not going along with what the buyer wanted us to do to the home, even after he wanted the home for 5K less than asking price. New Roof, new this and that. BS. So, we had a full price buyer standing by and we are working with her now. After two home inspections (gig corrections), we are on our way to closing on the 16th of July. On the 17th of July we will be on the road with two cars pulling two trailers. We bought a real nice home in Olathe, KS that would sell for over 350K if bought here in the Northwest. Our home sold for 249,950.00. Therefore we will be smack dab in the middle of the country give or take a couple hundred miles or so. I plan to do a lot of traveling around, especially the eastern side of the country and of course Florida. Heads up Riley. We will also make a trip up to Boaz country. I'll give those that need to know, my address and phone number after we arrive in Olathe. I am also switching from Comcast cable internet to SBC DSL to save a few bucks a month. Shouldn't be too much of a change for me. My email address will always remain the same.
