Greetings all, Looking for anyone who was assigned to the 221st Signal Company (Pictorial). I was assigned to detachment D in Can Tho from August69-Feb71. Our OIC was 1Lt. Bernie Buck from Poughkeepsie, New York. NCOIC was Ssgt James Bobo. Also spent time with the guys from the 2nd CLSU stationed at the airfield. We were attached to the 52nd for pay purposes, but not for much else. We had our photo lab right downtown near the IV corps MACV headquarters. Our photo lab was the only unguarded army facility in country, not even a strand of barbed wire around it...just walk up off the street and into the front door. I guess no one wanted to bother with us. I am still in touch with Roy Tronnes from the Quin Nohn detachment...any others out there?
