My father, Larry Owens, served with the 18th BDE and 20th BDE, then the 67th Eng Co (DT) 1970-71. He was in Vinh Long during his last months. He has told me stories about the yellow dump trucks and how he has never seen photos of them published though there are lots of photos of motor pools and other vehicles. I am looking for photos of projects or operations his units may been involved in while he was there. I have found some clippings from the "Castle Courier" but none from his time frame. If you know of a source, please share. I am preparing a shadow box and a photo display for him for Christmas. Any help is appreciated.
