Looking for anyone served in the Army with me in the B Compnay, 69th Engineers in 1969 in Can Tho. We were in camp Hoy on the road that we were rebuilding. Need help for disability for PTSD. I was one of the guys that went on the road where the nine Vietnamese civilians were killed. Is there anyone out there who remembers this and will you e mail me about the incident. Need help.
