My son served in the Air Force in the late 70's

The reson of so many name, is that m,y father,who's name is William D.Waldrop,served in the Air Force also,he was ther 23 years,he is now retired from the A/F and the Civil Service for the Army,retired from that 20 years.He still lives in Belleville,Il, and hes 81 years of age.He helped keep those old planes gummed and patched them up while we fought the Japan War, after Pearl was bomded. I was on the way being born.I was born on Febuary 24,1942 after it was over,but Mother said thaings sure was tight back those old Glenn Miller days,so now that I'm 59 years of age, and have a son that also served, after vietnam was over ,Thanks God, but he served his Country and after his 4 years, he went to work at Boeing AirCraft and help build the Sealth, the first one, now he in Oklahoma designing and building some of the most elite horse trailors that can be built, he learned a lot from being in the service,and I'm proud of my son and my Father, both, and,also my Grandfather served in the War of France,his name was Thomas Washington Leee,nick named "Walsh", he did his time, and I'm proud to Honor all those men that died for us and proud of our service men and women today, serving under that great red,white and blue flag,Thanks for putting this page on the net,I know it took lots of time and effort, but you did good, and I'm proud of you too..I remain free, because for the men that fought for us, Gloria Waldrop Powell,Cassell My son name is Samuel C.Powell forgot to mention his name,but I'm very proud of him, he now has 4 sons, there will be at least one of his sons will enter one branch of some service for the military, after they become grown.
