I was in our county library in Klamath Falls, Oregon, last week looking at newspaper articles. I noticed a article of a young man I joined the service with in 67, a Sp/4 David Evans listed as KIA 23 Oct 68, assigned to the 191st Assault Helicopter Company. I didn't see his name on your 'Honor' page. I was with the 9th Infantry Division, 2nd Brigade, made several 'eagle flights' with your unit. I talked with David several days prior to his death, but didn't know he was killed until I came home middle of 70. He spoke highly of your unit and was proud to be in it.
