This insignia is from 123rd Signal Battalion, formerly located at Hindenburg Kaserne, Wurzburg, Germany. I was in that until from 1988 - 1990. They are now relocated to Ft. Stewart, GA, and still are a part of 3rd Infantry Division, formerly HQ'd at Leighton Barracks, Wurzburg.
