I got to Binh Thuy Air Force in July 1970. I was there till around February 1971 and was sent to SocTrang Army around that time. After an attack which came around 0600 one morning, we picked up several wounded and some body parts that were air lifted to 3rd Surg in Can Tho by Chopper. The Chopper crashed with an OV-10 on arrival at Can Tho. Does anyone out there remember that? Please respond! That is one of the situations that has driven me crazy since then. I helped carry and load the wounded on the Chopper and followed in a second chopper to Can Tho. I can not get over the sight of the attack, the killing of my brothers, and we killed several sappers. I can not get over the sight of the crash of the chopper ahead of ours. Please respond if you know anything about this.
